When people think of the water and gas industry, tend to think of boring of companies easily getting lost amongst themselves. EGW knew that their business and service model was unique and needed extra attention to streamline their message about bringing new life to their friend to stand out and be something they were proud of.

Solution

We spent multiple days going through the storybrand framework for both sides of the business, as well as their HR initiatives. With a clear framework set and messaging developed, it was time to move into rolling this out throughout all of their channels. From Trey chill booths to social media to developing the new website and a clear YouTube strategy. Focus on quarterly campaigns branding, new product lines, and ensuring that their national approach to the water and natural gas industry keeps them as a true leader in their field. 

Result

EGW was acquired in Spring of 2024. Founder and CEO, this business is credited with receiving a higher multiple in the sale of business due to the marketing efforts over the past two years. Even bigger than that, Mallard has developed deep friendships throughout strategically supporting EGW USA, and we’re grateful for their trust and partnership.
