BIS Consultants was a growing business, however their competition was growing, too. It was time to really dive in and learn about their target audience, align on their business model, as well as company goals for the upcoming year and 5 years.
The primary problem we discovered was the positioning to the market - their clients did not understand all that BIS had to offer, nor take their brand seriously.
Solution
Mallard came alongside the BIS Consultants team to clarify their message, and simplify their product offerings. We did this through a refreshed visual identity and launching a new website, producing a Brand Film, redoing their website, crafting multiple templates for internal alignment, and campaign strategy.
The updated website showcases their comprehensive services, including co-managed IT, GIS services, and government website solutions, all designed to help clients streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Result
BIS was able to expand their business into a more national scale during 2024, and moving into 2025. These initiatives underscored BIS Consultants' dedication to innovation and excellence in serving their clients' evolving needs.
