Problem

Altered States Wellness was aiming to attract potential franchisee but knew that they needed refined messaging and branding to clearly convey its concept and value proposition to investors. A website redesign was necessary to simplify messaging, enhance the user experience, and ensure consistent alignment between the brand and messaging across digital platforms. Additionally, stronger photography was essential to represent the brand more effectively. Addressing current confusion regarding the transition from American Shaman to Altered States Wellness is also critical to strengthen brand clarity and build investor confidence.

Solution

A clear and simple message was developed for Altered States Wellness, before moving into a full rebrand. Our team presented 3 full brand options, before moving into the chosen logo and ecosystem that Is shown below. A Brand Film and custom photography was also developed and utilized throughout a full website redesign for the Altered States Wellness group.

Result

Over the past few months, Altered States Wellness has had over 10 franchise inquires, and accepted 2 of franchisees. The cohesive brand presence has caused an influx in business making Altered States the leading Float Therapy Studio in DFW.
