Problem
Kwikbit came to Mallard with a scaling problem. As a provider bringing fiber fast wireless internet to manufactured home communities, an underserved and often skeptical market, they found themselves answering the same questions and giving the same pitch in community after community across the country. That meant sending multiple team members to every event just to explain who they are, why they are local, and why residents can trust them. They needed a way to set expectations and build that trust at scale, without losing the personal, in person touch that sets them apart.
Solution
Mallard Agency, a Dallas video production company, produced a brand film and a library of short form videos for Kwikbit over a three day shoot. We captured the polished positioning film at Mallard's studio and on location at a real community in Princeton, Texas, featuring actual installers, executives, and residents rather than staged stand ins. The brand film delivers the pitch Kwikbit gives in person, telling residents who they are and why they are the community provider that actually shows up. Alongside it, we produced a set of FAQ and support videos answering the questions Kwikbit fields most, from how installation works to how the technology reaches each home, all built to be dropped into emails, the website, and community events.
Result
Kwikbit walked away with a video system built to scale their message without stretching their team, letting one person run an event and let the films do the pitching. The FAQ library gave their support team and community managers ready answers to send before a call ever comes in, and the brand film gave their website and outreach a face that matches the personal reputation they have earned on the ground. For a company whose whole edge is showing up, the work gave them a way to be everywhere at once.
