Their website was underperforming, their visuals were dated, and their messaging failed to connect with today’s direct-to-consumer audience. They needed a complete brand transformation to modernize their identity, clarify their story, and build an online experience that could compete in the growing ecommerce market.
Solution
Mallard Agency guided SmokinTex through our full Flightplan process to reposition the brand for direct-to-consumer success. We developed new messaging around the tagline “Don’t babysit your meat,” emphasizing the product’s ease of use and reliability. We then launched a new Shopify website that more than doubled active users, supported by a refreshed visual identity, commercial video production, product overview videos, and professional product photography.

The rebrand set SmokinTex up for sustained growth in the ecommerce and DTC space. With paid advertising, original social media content, and ongoing email marketing, SmokinTex continues to reach new customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
